Positivity Club CIC is passionate about supporting children, teenagers, and adults with their mental health. Within this we have Time for Tea, Time for Teens, and Positivity Club.
Time for Tea is a mental health support group for adults aged 18 plus and provides a safe space to talk openly in a warm and welcoming environment. The group prides itself on being low pressure, non-judgemental and inclusive.
This grant went towards guest speakers, workshops and outings. Including drama workshop, social media workshop, yoga and mediation class, hooves for healing sessions, nanny alpaca farm trip, potting shed and drumming workshop.

Posivitree was set up to empower parent-carers with self-care tools and experiences which improve wellbeing.
The grant has supported sessions for parent carers that cover topics that would support an individual to self-reflect and adapt the content of the sessions to their own lifestyle and particular needs.
Bee Wirral CIO has been operating for 12 months in the Birkenhead area, and is an evolution of Bee Wirral CIC (established 2013) which provides a range of services including community activities, adult education and community event spaces/cafes.
The grant supported unstructured social sessions. Supporting men's mental health through a range of activities. Helping them to reconnect with others.
Sunflower Yoga offers yoga and yoga therapy sessions for children to support their mental health.
We funded yoga therapy sessions for children and their families. These sessions included discussing good relationships, yoga practice, a snack and relaxation.

Inspire Community Café provides regular groups and activities support the local community in Wallasey. Loneliness and social isolation are particularly prevalent in our area which is something we are working hard to tackle.
They set up a wide variety of groups to bring people together through shared interests, these include jigsaw club, knitting and crochet groups, craft club, and live music at lunchtime. These activities run weekly and are free to attend.
The grant funded a craft club, set up to encourage those in our community to come together, learn and share their skills and create support networks.
